Audiologist

Determines type and degree of hearing impairment and implements habilitation and rehabilitation services for
patient: Administers and interprets variety of tests, such as air and bone conduction, and speech reception and
discrimination tests, to determine type and degree of hearing impairment, site of damage, and effects on
comprehension and speech. Plans and implements prevention, habilitation, or rehabilitation services, including
hearing aid selection, fitting and programming of hearing aid, ear mould impression taking, trouble shooting of hearing aid and orientation, counseling, and auditory training. Refers patient to physician or surgeon if medical treatment is determined necessary.

3.3 Assist in the preparation of financial reports and ensure the accuracy of the data reported therein
3.4 Providing support for audit activities
3.5 Maintains confidentiality with respect to patient information & administrative matters of confidential nature
3.6 Ensure to promote team work within the finance department and maintaining interdepartmental relations.
3.7 Performing other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager, General Manager and Administrator.
3.8 Coordinates with Co-workers for effective functioning of the department
3.9 Performing other related duties incidental to the work described therein
3.10 Comply with all OSH (Occupational safety and Health) and infection control policies, standards and
procedures and cooperate with hospital management to comply those requirements
3.11 Work accordance with the documented OSH procedures and instructions, specific responsibilities
3.12 Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures
3.13 Notifying OSH Hazards, incidents, Near misses and issues and assistance with the preparation of risk
assessments, incident reports
3.14 Comply with Waste management procedures and policies
3.15 Attend applicable OSH/Infection control training programs, mock drills and awareness programs
3.16 Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems
3.17 Ensure as far as reasonably practicable that any workplaces they manage or control are safe and without
risks to health, safety or the environment
3.18 Ensure implementation of applicable DOH, NMCRH OSHMS and infection control policies and standards

3.19 Ensure adequate budget and resources for FMS/OSH/PCI management.
3.20 Designating a Safety facilitator who will be responsible for coordinating OSH activities within the department
3.21 Regularly discuss OSH issues or matters in departmental/ management meetings
3.22 Ensure provision of OSH information, training and Supervision
3.23 Implement and monitor effectiveness of risk management program

4.1 Three years Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
4.2 An MBA in Finance / CA (intermediate) is preferable
4.3 Two or more years of experience in finance and accounting
4.4 Excellent command over oral and written English
4.5 Must be well versed with MS Office, ERP & Financial Software
