We’re seeking an Assistant Product Delivery Manager, based in our Dubai office in the United Arab Emirates.

This position is for an Assistant Product Delivery Manager within WU Digital Regional Team, covering the Middle East region. You will report to the Regional Product Delivery Group Leader and work closely with him to define the mobile/web/omni-channel products specifications and coordinate the launches in alignment with our product strategy and roadmap. The ideal candidate will be experienced in digital products, in both upstream product and service definition and downstream product development and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in documenting product requirements, features and functionalities
  • Manage products through the product development lifecycle working with key stakeholders for alignments and updates
  • Maintain a product backlog for enhancements and get alignment and approvals from stakeholders as needed
  • Assist in managing end-to-end digital product implementation and coordinating with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in performing regular reporting on the digital products implementations and new enhancements progress
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining a digital products performance dashboard based on data analytics (customers, transactions, etc.)

Role requirements

  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in engineering, business or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience building and launching consumer applications on web and mobile platforms
  • At least 3 years of product management experience in Web/Mobile technologies and Web/Mobile user experience
  • Experience managing a team of product analysts
  • Strong business writing, numerical analysis and verbal communication skills
  • Get things done attitude; Self-motivated with the ability to “roll-up sleeves” and prioritize critical deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a penchant for creating great customer experiences.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders/teams in different countries with different cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong experience of agile preferred
  • Experience working in a multinational organization.
  • Experience in financial services
  • Experience in global money movement a plus
  • Experience working on digital products in the money transfer industry desirable.
