Position Summary
Identifying opportunities and find different ways to develop the business by working closely with all divisions to be consumer centric and ROI driven to have the best execution in the trade.
Monitor closely cross-divisional campaigns to ensure the best ROI and having continuous learning for cross-divisional success.
Research agency stakeholder management (GFK, IDC, IPSOS, Euromonitor etc.)
E-commerce mapping and market sizing update and forecast per category per country in 2023.
Lead on transformational projects in the retail, through traditional retailers and non-traditional
Present insight findings to key stakeholders, with actionable recommendations for decision-making. Align stakeholders on data topics.
Deliver actionable insights via scalable reporting stack & dashboards allowing end-users to identify performance trends, determine root cause, and enable cross-functional actions
Conduct analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competition, category, customer and consumer trends to enhance the brand’s equity and marketplace performance.
Overall responsibility to monitor brand equity of the category and chalk out strategies to strengthen and improve the brand recognition. Developing strategies to exploit market opportunities.
End to end execution and reporting on cross-divisional campaigns and activations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights into consumer segments, demographics, and psychographics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to integrate consumer insights into business strategies and initiatives.
- Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features. Generate actionable recommendations and insights through data visualization, reports, and presentations.
- Facilitate decision making by senior management on sales & service strategies to meet demands of partners by providing market inputs and recommendations associated with channel experience and end customer feedback
- Drive Brand partnership to maximize impact of marketing activities
- Identify new potential opportunities and come up with innovative solutions to help the business
- Assist in activation implementation and constant campaign evaluation metrics
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years marketing/ insight experience
- Managed brand/media campaigns with proven results
- Must possess a strong knowledge of research methodologies, strong Excel skills, Presentation skills and Trade excellence acumen.
- Project management with tracking tools
- Powerpoint and Excel knowledge is a must
