Johnson & Johnson Consumer is recruiting for a Assistant Brand Manager – intern located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

About Consumer Health

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health and your employment would be governed by New Consumer Health’s employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event management:
  • Planning events for the assigned brands: communication with organizers, creative agencies, speakers engagement and content development
  • HCC process for Speaker engagement programs
  • Medical :
  • Collect and analyze medical visits insights
  • Follow-up on implementation of new e-detailers & leave behinds including Veeva process
  • Follow-up on health compliance procedures
  • Pharmacy:
  • Create a tracking file for Nicorette & Regaine visibility in top accounts per market
  • Organize monthly product knowledge trainings for Regaine beauty advisors
  • Participate to the development of seasonal brand activation toolkits
  • Collect and analyze pharmacy sell-out data and share recommendations
  • Budget management (PO process, tracking etc…)
  • Digital:
  • Monthly tracking of campaign results and recommendations based on performance
  • Activations on e-commerce/e-pharmacy platforms

Qualifications

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Proven self-starter with strong initiative, enthusiasm for business, and results orientation
  • Candidates should come up agile ways to validate insights/products/hypothesis with consumers
  • Ability to work in a global, matrix organization: good communication and presentation skills; ability to collaborate and partner with people from different functions.
  • Numerate with strong planning, analytical and data analysis skills, with excellent attention to detail and high willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
