Assistant/Associate Professor of Marketing

Ajman University’s College of Business Administration (CBA), an AACSB-accredited institution, invites applications for the position of Assistant/Associate Professor of Marketing, commencing in Fall 2025/2026. We seek a dynamic and accomplished scholar with expertise in Marketing, ideally with a strong background in Digital Marketing. The successful candidate will contribute to both undergraduate and graduate programs, engage in high-impact research, and foster meaningful collaborations with the business community. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Ph.D. in Marketing or a closely related field obtained from a reputable university, preferably accredited by AACSB.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing is highly desirable. Expertise in Artificial Intelligence would be highly valued.
  • Two or more years of teaching experience gained at graduate and undergraduate levels in an internationally reputable university, preferably accredited by AACSB.
  • Demonstrable record of excellence in teaching and curriculum development.
  • Outstanding record of research and peer-reviewed publications in top-tier business/management journals (SCOPUS, ABDC, ABS) and a commitment to impactful research.
  • Record of collaborative and interdisciplinary research would be an advantage
  • Demonstrable record of supervising student projects and dissertations
  • Excellent record of professional and community service

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, deliver and assess graduate and undergraduate courses in Marketing
  • Engage in innovative and technology-based approaches to teaching and learning
  • Provide academic advising services to students
  • Conduct high quality research and publish research outcomes in reputable journals and conferences
  • Participate in committee and other service tasks at the department, college and/or university levels as assigned
  • Actively engage in promoting the growth and visibility of Ajman University
  • Provide industry-facing services to Ajman University partners and members of the business community
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
