Job Description
Wood is currently recruiting a Administrator – Invoicing to join its team in Abu Dhabi.
Due to the nature of the projects and client expectation, the position will be based full time at our office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities
Performs full clerical, administrative and general office duties involving transcription, typing, record and file maintenance, data entry and telephone reception.
• Requires an understanding of the content of the manager’s job and method of operation as well as knowledge of departmental operations and procedures.
• Organizes and maintains files of manager’s correspondence, records etc. and follows up pending matters
• Acts as receptionist for the manager, screening correspondence and telephone calls
• Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings
• Prints, organises and prepares information for meetings
• Arranging travel/accommodation/car hire Prepares routine letters and memoranda for manager’s review • Organizes and expedites flow of work through office and initiates follow up action
• Support in collecting information and data for reporting
• Populates templates and creates documents
• General office housekeeping activities as required
Qualifications
Establish and maintain effective working relationships and communicate across the project / contract interfaces.
• Operates within local organization and accomplishes work through effective consultation with more senior professionals.
• Deals directly with immediate supervisor, co-workers and team members
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative- Invoicing role.
Knowledge, skills, and experience:
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of SharePoint/Documentum/ProjectWise or similar electronic document management system
• Knowledge of Adobe
• Communication skills – both written and verbal
• Skills in word processing, spreadsheets, database applications and electronic data management systems
Personal attributes: • Excellent organizational skills and a logical and ordered approach
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player
• Ability to work in a high – pressure environment, pay strict attention to detail and ensure the accuracy of the output
