Responsibilities:

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain or equivalent manufacturing experience
  • . Minimum 2-5+ years related experience.
  • 2-5 Years costing, manufacturing, or business analysis (not required but preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Power Point, Word). E
  • xcellent organizational skills.
  • Analytical and quantitative Skills.
  • Knowledge of JDE and HFM (Hyperion).

Qualifications:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plans, studies and collects data to determine costs of business activity.
  • Partner with manufacturing management and operations management to provide assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, performance management (KPIs), and budgeting questions.
  • Assists in the development of process improvments and documentation.
  • Provides financial support to the GSC controller, manufacturing controllers, plant general managers and planat controllers.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget, forecast and cost roll data.
  • Maintain reports for monthly reporting and analysis of variances.
  • Interfaces with plant personnel and financial management as required.
  • Develop and prepare financial metrics for manufacturing leaders (P&L, Balance sheet, manufacturing and operations) that effectively measure the activity, direction and performance of the group.
  • Travel regionally to work with the facilities financial quality level.
  • Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
  • Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
