Admin Assistant

Zapegg Tax Consultant is dedicated to providing top-tier financial and tax services to our clients with professionalism and accuracy. We are currently seeking a proactive and well-organized Admin Assistant to support our daily operations at our Dubai office. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and correspondence.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Support the team with data entry, report preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Greet visitors and handle front desk duties when required.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
