About The Role
To plan and ensure execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and events for Bloomingdale’s, ensuring full alignment with Al Tayer Group (ATG) policies and procedures, and in adherence to brand and principal guidelines.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist the Division Marketing Manager in developing and executing tactical initiatives across all marketing functions, throughout and across Bloomingdale’s according to the specific and identified needs of the BU
- Ensure complete understanding and application of brand guidelines across all marketing activities, maintaining compliance with all principal requirements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and build stronger brand equity for all brands represented and make suitable recommendations to the Division Marketing Manager
- Map competitors’ activities, pricing, packaging and planning in relation to allocated Al Tayer brand strategy
- Drive the development and delivery of BTL campaigns, POS materials, and other marketing collateral—ensuring alignment with brand objectives and premium quality standards.
- Collaborate with CRM team to build relevant initiatives and analytics to support the brand strategy and business
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to stay informed on upcoming collections, seasonal themes, and content opportunities to amplify visibility.
- Provide reports to BU / Principals on brand performance, marketing initiatives, customer mix, post event reports after each sponsorship/display activity, etc as required
- Ensure accurate maintenance of the archiving system for all executed elements in the marketing calendar
- Maintain effective working relations and contacts with key external parties, such as vendors, mall management, etc
- Participate in the development of the Marketing Strategy for Bloomingdale’s, ensuring that it is in line with ATG’s and the Principals overall strategic direction
- Work cross-functionally to ensure brand strategies are effectively aligned across markets and regions
- Lead campaign execution across departments, ensuring consistency and synergy between creative, digital, visual merchandising, and in-store activation.
- Create, update and maintain the marketing calendar for all promotional initiatives
- Plan and implement the marketing, promotional plans and campaigns for the BP in close coordination with the BU and ensure compliance to the agreed budget
- Lead, guide, and inspire the marketing team, driving performance, accountability, and professional growth.
Years of Experience
7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity within luxury retail, preferably in a department store or multi-brand environment.
Knowledge and Skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Confident presenter and communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, including digital, in-store, and experiential
- Leadership capabilities with a focus on mentorship and team development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in the luxury retail space, preferably in a department store or multi-brand environment.
