Cloud Professional
Requirements:
• Higher education (technical);
• Knowledge of English – free technical English;
• Experience in deploying basic infrastructure of Windows Server and hybrid cloud;
• Skills in user OS administration, network deployment of MS Office and deployment of RDS/VDI services;
• Understanding of network architecture and configuration;
• Understanding the functionality and features of cloud service activation (including Microsoft and AWS);
• Experience working with cloud services (including Microsoft and AWS), including deployment and configuration, monitoring and optimization of resource consumption;
• Availability of certificates for cloud services (including Microsoft and AWS) would be an asset;
• Experience in IT support for at least 1 year would be an asset;
• Knowledge of ITIL would be an asset;
• Teamwork skills;
• Possibility to travel within the CIS countries, Eastern Europe and the Balkans;
• Active AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certifications will be a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Participation in the promotion of AWS cloud services and other Cloud vendors in the MUK portfolio, conducting presentations and demonstrations, working with the partner channel, conducting technical sessions and webinars;
• Processing service requests of the partner channel and providing consultations related to cloud services in the MUK portfolio at the stage of pre-sales preparation and in the process of using subscriptions of AWS and other Cloud vendors in the MUK portfolio by end customers;
• Calculation and optimization of the specifications of AWS and other Cloud vendors in the MUK portfolio, formation, description and demonstration of technical solutions based on Cloud services;
• Ensuring the required level of SLA when registering and resolving service requests for Cloud services;
• Participation in the provision of services for designing and configuring IT services (Professional Services) based on AWS and other Cloud vendors in the MUK portfolio;
• Communication with vendor specialists;
• Training and certification according to the development plan, maintenance of the Company’s partner certifications;
• Performance of management tasks.
