Outbound Sales Executive – Mid-Market & Corporate – Dubai
Join a vibrant and innovative team, working within an organization that values independence, flexibility and personal growth. You will be dealing with Mid-Market and Corporate companies in the MENA region from different sectors everyday.
Your role will be a mix of networking, qualifying, pitching, and problem-solving, as you build lasting relationships with businesses from different industries and leverage your natural charm and charisma to win them over.
To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for sales, deep business knowledge and a knack for problem-solving. You should also have excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.

Your responsibilities include:
- Develop relationships and build trust with clients
- Proven outbound sales experience and leading full sales cycle
- Outbound reach and cold calling experience
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to help them grow their businesses
- Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build your professional network
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive growth and revenue
- Develop relationships and build trust with clients

Must Have
Bachelors degree in a related field
Relevant sales experience (B2B)
Fluent in English & Arabic (Verbal and Written)
Strong communications skills
Interest in IT and software
Able to relocate to Dubai, UAE
