About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the sales of LexisNexis Legal products across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the legal industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the GCC region.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in law firms, corporate legal departments, and government agencies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of LexisNexis Legal products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the legal market in the GCC region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel within the GCC region as required.
