About the Role
  • Supporting Tender teams in preparing and conducting Tender transfers with project teams after new contracts have been signed and monitoring the process to ensure that all new contracts have had a tender transfer.
  • Supporting Project teams in developing Project Delivery Strategies at the start of any new contract and defining with the relevant teams the project budget and delivery conditions (internal and external subcontracting, risks, and contingencies, KPIs, ESG commitments). Monitoring the process to ensure that all newly signed projects have conducted a Project Delivery Strategy.
  • Supporting the regional management team in defining the principles of internal subcontracting and supporting project teams in setting up intercompany agreements in accordance with Group principles and instructions. Monitoring the regularity of internal invoicing and the level of accruals.
  • Leading the process of quarterly major projects management reviews in coordination with the Finance and Project Teams – reporting to the regional management team (RBLD, Country Managing Directors, Regional ExCom, etc.) and following up on actions planned per project – regarding staffing, delivery progress, financial performance, client relations, internal and external subcontracting, invoicing, and cash position, etc.
  • Supporting project teams in the process of project closing and conducting “Lessons Learnt” sessions, and reports.
  • Developing project performance Dashboards and updating leadership team on the key performance and risk management indicators (financial and non-financial).
  • Preparing communication and training material for Project Execution Process and conducting the training for project teams – existing and new staff.
  • Following up on client relations with the commercial and project teams by monitoring client complaints, project surveys and cold surveys. Reporting regularly to the management on client relations and associated potential risks. Working with relevant teams to plan and implement corrective measure where necessary.
What do we need from you

B. Sc. in Civil Engineering or equivalent, Economy or Finance can fit the role. Ability to analyse income statements, understanding of project budgeting, knowledge of project management principles, excellent speaking and writing skills, awareness of change management approach.
