EN – JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION PURPOSE:
- Support the Retail Marketing Department on all 360 launches, activations, and animations for the full network.
- Coordinate and liaise on special projects and KCP activities including communication and updates from cross functional departments.
- Track and ensure all timelines, directives, deliverables, and work back schedules are followed and executed as per the thematic calendar.
- Liaise and coordinate with external suppliers and agencies to ensure all deliverables and timelines are met as per the thematic calendar.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
MARKETING ACTIVITIES
- Assist in the coordination of all Instore Retail Elements as per the thematic calendar.
- Assist in all stages of the animation process including design, coordination, production, and execution, ensuring all deadlines are managed and met.
- Support on all VM Guidelines and merchandizing requirements as per Retail Team needs.
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of all animation trackers and documents.
- Track, coordinate and store all assets received on a weekly basis as per the activation calendar.
- Coordinate and liaise on LCD/ LED screen facilitation across all markets including resizing and customization of videos to ensure timely and accurate update across stores.
- Send minute meetings out of all meetings with respective and collaborative teams as per weekly and bi-weekly updates.
- Assemble presentation slides as required for key weekly meetings including but not limited to the Weekly Trade Meeting, Category Meetings and Weekly Omnichannel Meetings.
- Assist in the roll out and tracking of all category fixtures across the network.
- Visit the UAE network of stores during thematic launches and other KCP’s to ensure quality and timely installation of animation fixtures.
- Conduct Competitive Store Checks as required
TEAM COORDINATION
- Build relationships with key stakeholders of the marketing and operations teams to ensure timelines are met for retail activations.
- Work closely to support the brand activations team for asset tracking and coordination.
- Support on content briefs as required, including building out campaign briefing documents and roll outs.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure smooth facilitation of all deliverables.
- Support Retail Marketing Department with specialty projects and ensure timely execution and delivery.
AGENCY/SUPPLIER RELATIONS
- Provide necessary information to the suppliers by way of supplier files, art elements and all other necessary production elements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and logistics, with regards to new openings, closing or renovation operations.
- Liaise and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on smooth developments of special projects.
SKILLS, QUALITIFCATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
The successful candidate should have a university diploma and be fluent In English with excellent MS Office Skills (PowerPoint & Excel). The candidate should also possess strong communication and prioritization skills with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Willing and able to travel within the region.
