WSP in the Middle East seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Graduate- Talent Acquisition_ Emirati to join our Human Resources team in Sharjah, UAE

This role is specifically designed for Emirati nationals who are passionate about identifying and attracting top graduate talent to contribute to our company’s growth and success. As a part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and select qualified Emirati candidates, helping to foster diversity and innovation within the organization

Your new role, what’s involved?

  • Proactively source and attract Emirati graduate talent from universities, educational institutions, and other relevant platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with university career services, educational organizations, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and attend university recruitment events, career fairs, and workshops to promote the company and attract top talent.
  • Review resumes and applications to ensure alignment with the company’s recruitment needs.
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews with candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assessments.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates, answering questions about the company, role, and recruitment process.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment progress and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Analyze trends in graduate recruitment and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist with the preparation of offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation for new hires.
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to employee integration.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR-related roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of the UAE’s labor laws and recruitment processes is a plus.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
