The project:
This is an opportunity to work on a large mixed-use water-font development in the UAE. Senior master plan design manager to oversee and manage the briefing and delivery of master plan design consultants from briefing stages through vision, pre concept, concept and final master plan development.

- Contributes to the creative ideation process for digital content and digital projects ensuring alignment with the organisation’s target audiences/markets and with consideration of project objectives and key performance indicators.
- Attends creative sessions with stakeholders to help interpret and refine creative briefs and requirements, following our established design methodologies to provide design guidance and rationale where necessary.
- Presents creative routes to colleagues and stakeholders, listening and acting on feedback to ensure the final approach meets guidelines and provides an optimal solution to the project aims and channel of delivery.
- Responsible for the accurate estimation of time for all assigned work and for managing short- and long-term workloads, and reporting on progress to the team and relevant stakeholders, in line with our agile way of working.
- Develops experience design process to ensure user centred design thinking is front of mind and continues throughout our clients and project teams.
- Manages design projects from start to finish and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the vision for each project is pushing the boundaries
- Acts as an advocate and thought leader across customer experience, journey visual design, service design and content.
- Responsible for adhering to design standards in usability, user experience and accessibility, and that all work adheres to appropriate quality checks.
- Responsible for the creative support to consumer and partner digital marketing campaigns, leading the design of emails, infographics, banners, adverts and interactive content working closely with campaign and content managers to meet the objectives and timings of the campaigns.
- Contributes to team meetings, creative sessions, brainstorming and team reporting.
- Develops creative briefs for internal communication campaigns, working with stakeholders across the business to develop effective narratives, stories and creative content.
- Develops and implements YouTube/Vimeo/Stream strategies to increase overall engagement and stay ahead of video trends.
- Works with technical experts across the business to correctly document technical images and create a deeper taxonomy of meta data on the Mace Image Library, ensuring images are tagged properly.
- Project manages video and photo shoots across a variety of complexities, locations and subject matter, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standards.
- Creates comprehensive budgets for each project and provide guidance on technical equipment and talent acquisition.
- Generates regular reports on the engagement, data and trends of Mace video content used throughout campaigns and channels.
- Organises monthly corporate headshots, creating booking links, booking photographer and rooms, and uploading content to the Mace image library.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have:
- Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems and experience in creating and maintaining such systems to keep design files organized and easily accessible.
You’ll also need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to train and mentor.
- Creative Assistants to ensure consistency in brand communications.
