Customer Care Executive

Zahr Freighters, a trusted leader in freight and logistics solutions, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is perfect for a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and in person.
  • Service Support: Provide information about freight and logistics services, pricing, and processes to clients.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and satisfactory solutions.
  • Follow-Up: Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
  • Record Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Improvement Initiatives: Identify areas for service improvement and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally in logistics or freight.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
    • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Attributes:
    • Customer-centric attitude with a proactive approach.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
