Legal Recruiter/Account Manager – Dubai

Salary range: AED 350,000-500,000 a year

Role overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal recruiter to join our Flexible Services team as an Account Manager. Our Account Managers are at the forefront of our service delivery to clients – those being in house legal teams of all sizes who are utilising our Flexible Services offering across a diverse range of sectors, as well as providing interim resourcing solutions to Practice Groups / Sectors / Teams. This is a permanent position and will be our first Account Manager in Dubai, with responsibility for growing the Flexible Services offering locally. This role is integral to the team’s success in the Middle East and will proactively raise the team’s profile in the wider market.

Daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Building out the Flexible Services offering across the Middle East
  • Building candidate pools and identifying opportunities to promote Flexible Services offerings within the Practice Groups, client portfolio and wider external market
  • Building a community of Vario Consultants in the local market
  • Liaising with clients and candidates to match them to assignments
  • Undertaking assignment briefs and debriefs with clients
  • Leading assignment activity and implementing strategic resourcing plans
  • Preparing fee proposals
  • Using internal and external resources to prepare candidates for their assignments
  • Leading fulfilment best practice, driving consistency and quality of service in line with Vario’s market-leading reputation
  • Driving business development activity across the Middle East market

Candidate overview:

If you are the right candidate for us, you will hold the following skills and experience:

  • Business development experience, including experience of building a robust client pipeline
  • Legal recruitment and/or in-house legal practice experience
  • Understanding of the local legal services market
