Legal Counsel

2. JOB PURPOSE:

• 
  Giving accurate and timely counsel to other department in a variety of legal topics.
• Specifying internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
• Initial Review ,Draft, and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
• Support in drafting guidelines and policies;
• Support internal processes operated by the Legal Team (e.g. roll-out of contracts, managing of legal master data, make sure that contracts end up with legal department and register filings);
• Be part of projects aimed at further improving processes and efficiency of the Legal Team.
• Coordinate the IPs registration with the external firm.
• Manage the cycle of contracts with the other departments and external stakeholders.

6. QUALIFICATIONS:

• LLB qualification.
• Fluent in English.

7. SKILLS:

• Experience in reviewing contracts.
• Experience in drafting contracts.
• Experience in legal documents filing system.
• Experience in analyzing the laws and regulations.
