ABOUT THE FUNCTION
This function is to ensure exceptional Guest experience in a highly empowered environment. Represent our brand, throughout the Guest journey, to deliver a flawless dining experience. Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of our products, by delighting them from welcome until farewell. To lead and manage all aspects of daily housekeeping operations in assigned properties to enable the delivery of an outstanding guest service and to maximise profitability. The role holder supervises and controls cleaning and servicing of all bedrooms, restaurants, functions and public rooms in the hotels to ensure EHG standards are always enforced and maintained.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Minimum qualification required is a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration or similar
- 7 years of cumulative experience in progressively more complex and responsible roles, with at least 3 years leading the housekeeping operations of a market-leading hotel brand.
- Experience in project leadership including hotel renovations and pre-openings.
- Experience in leading a team of 50+
