Your role @ Chanel:
Chanel continuously evolves in its search for perfection. The Learning Partner will support excellence in both client experience and product & brand knowledge, in alignment with the strategies of Chanel Middle East.
Reporting to the Fragrance & Beauty Retail Manager, the Learning Partner will create an individual coaching plan for Beauty Advisors aiming to improve their qualitative and quantitative indicators.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong coaching and organizational skills and the ability to animate events.
Your main responsibilities are:
Training & Coaching on the Boutique Floor (80%)
- Creating a personalized coaching plan for Beauty Confidants and implementing it on the boutique floor
- Enhancing product expertise within boutique teams, enriching client experience by developing free services. Ensuring the roll-out of services menu with no compromise on quality
- Organizing onboarding on floor trainings for new joiners
- Building daily briefings calendar in alignment with retail priorities and needs
- Creating Client Experience action plans in the boutiques, using coaching as a business lever
- Following up Mystery Shopper results and building an action plan for steady improvement
- Supporting Boutique Managers in building up their clienteling strategy
- Creating and animating Training Ambassadors community, installing a mentoring approach inside the boutiques
- Leading by example demonstrating high level of serving clients
Supporting & Following Up Efficiently (20%)
- Communicating and collaborating harmoniously between Regional Office, Trainings Team and Field Team
- Identifying talents and highly potential people in retail
- Completing refresher training, following up to fully embed action plans, and do on-floor observation to ensure training has been understood and is implemented
- Infusing a culture of coaching and feedback in the boutique
- Proactively sharing regular reporting (qualitative and quantitative) with the F&B Retail Manager, establishing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of coaching

Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a training role preferably with previous experience with on-floor coaching within a luxury environment.
Superb command of English is a must.
