Job Requirements
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. This includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
– Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards
– Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards and guest preferences
– Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
– Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
– Assist in creating and implementing new menus and promotions to attract and retain guests
– Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed
– Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies

Work Experience
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
– Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
