NIT an Ingram Micro Company – GULF, is looking for a Product Manager for Motorola Solutions and ISS to promote and sell their portfolio of products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new customers. Primary responsibilities include liaising between vendors and organizing, providing specialized consultative service, and implementing, driving, and maintaining vendor programs, sales, marketing, and training. Candidate must know the GULF market well and be well-versed in Motorola Solutions and ISS End-to-End Video Products.

What will you do?

  • Ensure budget achievement, revenue growth, channel growth, and increased reach in Gulf countries for the product(s) assigned.
  • Research and study Ingram Micro’s position/market share per region/channel segment.
  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Develop a Marketing plan annually and quarterly, working closely with the marketing team to implement it and measure each activity’s success rate.
  • Design Reseller Programs for different channel segments to ensure the right penetration and sales of different product segments to the right reseller segments.
  • Manage and maximize the use of vendor marketing funds (according to vendor contract).
  • Maintain healthy stock levels to cover the market demand.
  • Organize resellers’ Training, Roadshows and Seminars.
  • Maintain healthy topline (Revenue) and bottom line (GP) for the products assigned.
  • Maintain healthy vendor relations to garner maximum support for business aspects (through visits locally & abroad).
  • Train, support, and guide the sales and business development team.
  • Professional individual contributor with excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Specialist in technical or business skills. An individual with a customer focus who has developed the understanding to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations.
  • Decision maker, ability to work under pressure and time constraints, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Graduated with a minimum of 7 – 9 years of experience in the industry of IP Surveillance in GULF in a multinational environment. Previous experience in Distribution is an advantage.
  • Sales & Sales-related technical certification for the respective products is advantageous.
  • Works independently with limited supervision. Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals. Faces difficult and often complex problems. Influences others regarding best practices and procedures.
  • Provides solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters. Will champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.
  • Incumbents provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in their area of specialization. They are generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from managers

Which Talent do you bring?

  • You are a graduate with min 8+ years of experience in ELV sales/ Business Development in the UAE.
  • You have experience working with IT/ELV system integrators and dealing with End-users
  • You have experience in selling CCTV and physical security products.
  • You are enthusiastic and driven by results with a strong will to succeed.
  • You are a self-starter, self-motivated and a team player.
  • You have a strong ‘customer-first’ mentality and are able to utilize your relationships to drive results.
