WSP is looking for graduates to support our engineering services. This will be part of our new graduate program in the UAE. The roles are open to Emirati nationals only.
Your new role, what’s involved?
You will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering operations. This role is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in various support functions, contributing to the success of our projects while gaining valuable insights into the engineering industry. Activities may include:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient communication and information flow.
- Support procurement activities by assisting in vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order management.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and events to foster team development and learning.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
The graduate program will provide opportunities for specialized training on several industry-specific topics which include cutting-edge content, workshops, and webinars to keep you updated with the latest trends and advancements.
You will have the chance to learn directly from industry veterans who have walked the same path. Our mentors will provide personalized guidance, helping you navigate the twists and turns of your chosen field.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Graduated recently with a Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills.
- A fondness for working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues.
- Confidence to work under pressure with the ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
