Government Relations Officer – DIFC( UAE Nationals)

JOB SUMMARY

  • To support the manager in the day-to-day operations of the GRO, DIFC office – providing an effective and efficient service relating to all GRO, DIFC issues

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain solid customer relationships with speed and professionalism
  • Manage an effective and efficient service relating to GRO and DIFC office issues,
  • Processing of Access card applications and renewals to ensure compliant
  • Obtaining Salary Certificates and NOC’s
  • Maintain database of employees related to DIFC access card
  • Pro-actively handling problems and informing employees of any issues / important updates
  • Provide a high level of personalized customer service
  • Develop and manage a consistent approach to communicating updates to employees on letters and access cards
  • Ensure the GRO database is up to date
  • Ensure GRO, DIFC maintains an accurate and current filing system
  • Promoting high quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
  • Manage GRO budget / invoices  / accounts
