Road Logistics Operational Care Specialist
Your Role
The Operational Care Specialist is responsible for executing operations to ensure operational excellence through high-quality shipment management. This role involves daily management of operations, including resource planning, monitoring operational KPIs, and overseeing shipment profitability. Additionally, the specialist prepares and supports month-end closing activities and provides data for reporting purposes.
Your Responsibilities
- Shipment management in TMS (Roadlog)
- Shipment data quality in TMS (Roadlog)
- Shipment management with carriers and brokers
- (Daily) shipment updates
- Billing
- Archiving of shipment documents
- Preparation of (OCC performance) reports
Your Skills and Experiences
