Client focus – Deliver on our promise: 

  • Act as the day-to-day operational manager for any design managers or other design management resource deployed to projects.
  • You will be responsible for leading the delivery of design management to deliver key strategic outcomes & sub-function KPIs, directly influencing strategic development.
  • You will be the main point of contact for client design issues, ensuring relationships are managed and maintained.

  • You will implement and execute the design management system, processes and protocols to meet statutory, legal, and contractual requirements.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Category Management.
  • Relationship Management.
  • Supervises daily activities of the team and the achievement of agreed targets and objectives.
  • Due Diligence & Company/Market Understanding.
  • Value Creating re Process, Performance & Commercial Activity.
  • Delivers the development of plan/s and implementation.
  • Responsible for coordinating activities across the team and providing support to team.
  • Manages teams, driving performance and results, whilst delivering performance management, technical development and coaching.
  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have:

  • Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
  • Abu Dhabi infra (Roads and parks) experience ideally.
  • Construction & Market Knowledge.
  • Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Negotiation Skills.

You’ll also have:

  • GCSE (or equivalent).
  • A level (or equivalent).
