Admin Assistant

Zahr Freighters is seeking a highly motivated and conscientious Admin Assistant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our staff and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
