InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

• Gain valuable insight into Human Resources operations by providing comprehensive administrative support across various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
• Take an active role in updating databases and managing documentation, providing you with valuable experience in maintaining organizational records.
• Play a key role in the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, interview scheduling, and initial candidate screenings, offering firsthand exposure to talent acquisition.
• Gain hands-on experience in the coordination of employee events, activities, and recognition programs, contributing to the cultivation of a positive workplace environment.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and other departments on special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and elevating the overall employee experience.

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with a willingness to learn and contribute to team projects.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Prior experience or coursework in human resources, housing management, or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Availability to work full-time hours, depending on internship requirements.
