Buyer support across various indirect procurement categories covering: Facilities, HR, BPO, Audit & Consulting, Advertising, Training, Events…

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support:

  • Administrative activities such as: update of information files and databases, supplier registrations, Terms and Conditions update, Nissan’s purchasing system support & coaching for users
  • Implementation of the MICE solution (Meetings-Incentives-Conferences-Events)
  • Sourcing activities (RFI/RFP/RFQ): Preparation of materials, drafting of tenders for suppliers, support of the buyers in various processes
  • Support of the contract management of the regional business unit and the headquarters
  • Preparing, maintaining, and checking purchasing files, price lists and catalogs of the purchasing system
  • Purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier contracts status tracking
  • Review purchase requisitions to verify accuracy and specifications

Analyze/report:

  • Coordination of purchasing information database; supplier panel optimization –
  • Price comparisons, performance KPIs and delivery dates, preparation of data analysis to help identify the best offer among potential suppliers
  • Suppliers spend analysis and purchasing performance assessment
  • Savings reporting (savings performance declaration)

Communicate:

  • Ensure good relationship with finance department, legal department & internal stakeholders
  • Anticipate, analyze & consolidate budget holders’ requirements
  • Nissan Purchasing Process compliance

BACKGROUND:

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent interpersonal & communications skills
  • Cross-cultural & cross-functional mindset
  • Good Project Management capabilities
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools: Excel (will be tested during the interview) & PowerPoint
