Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Manager to join our dynamic IT team to oversee and manage our ERP applications. As the ERP Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our systems are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business needs. You will also be responsible for managing a team of ERP professionals to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement. Solid accounting and financial business experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee ERP systems and related projects.
  • Ensure that ERP systems are integrated and aligned with business needs.
  • Develop and implement processes for managing and maintaining ERP systems.
  • Lead ERP team and provide guidance and direction as needed.
  • Collect, document, and verify business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Map business requirements to functional requirements.
  • Develop and deliver project documentation including requirements traceability matrix, business process design, configuration design.
  • Identify gaps in the standard product functionality.
  • Recommend effective solutions. Design any customizations or extensions where there is a gap in the standard product functionality.
  • Interface between technical teams and business/ end-users.
  • Design solutions in conjunction with functional and technical teams.
  • Ensure deliverables are being met on a timely basis.
  • Create/ review test scenarios, scripts, test plans and execute them.
  • Testing and delivering application documentation.
  • Participate in competency building activities and internal trainings.
  • Develop and manage budgets for ERP projects
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies.
  • Optimize operational efficiency between the business, ERP systems and related platforms.
  • Establish and adhere to enterprise architecture across technical and functional domains.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or any related.
  • Bachelor’s degree or education in accounting, financial administration is a plus.
  • Minimum 12+ years’ experience in managing complex ERP environments and ERP project implementations
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience performing the job duties listed or in a related occupation of the following: ERP Architect or Business Applications/ Systems Manager
  • Proven experience in Oracle, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics/ D365 ERP systems.
  • Proven experience in Cloud-based ERP systems is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 cycles of project implementation experience.
  • Understanding of Synchronous and Asynchronous integration patterns
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of translating business requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in application development and management.
