The Commercial internship is crafted to offer you the opportunity to develop insight into our broad product portfolio and introduce you to selling skills while conducting meaningful work within the team. The internship will allow you to grow professionally and learn invaluable skills.
What you will do?
During your program there will be direct interactions with customers to develop new relationships. You will support our customers and provide the best possible sales representation for Thermo Fisher Scientific.
Within the Inside Sales team you will be in daily contact with numerous customers from Research organizations, Start-Up companies or public institutions.
You will handle the following portfolios including reagents and instruments: Molecular Biology, Cellular Culture, Cellular Analysis (Microscopy, Cytometry…) and Protein Biology for the Invitrogen and Applied Biosystems brands.
Your engagement and level of dedication will ensure that our clients will get the right selection of products that will fit their current and future needs.
You will have the opportunity of being introduced to many diverse parts of the function and have a wide portfolio of tasks to complete. Plus test your natural curiosity in providing technical advice to customers proactively, educating customers on our products and services and build potential business leads to rolling out sales action plans to project and measure your business progress.
How will you get here?
– You just finished a Science Degree and are or will be studying towards a Master’s Degree
– You are proficient in English language. Arabic and French are a plus.
– Start date can be flexible to meet your needs
– You have a strong desire and motivation to develop a career in Sales
– You are results oriented
– You also have excellent administration and organization skills and the ability to prioritize
– Demonstrate a positive demeanor and desire to succeed
– You enjoy working in a team
– You exhibit a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a constantly evolving business environment
