YOUR ROLE

  • Manages development and implementation of holistic strategic agenda and projects to drive customer experience in IMEA.
  • Develops and ensures roll-out of guidance and excellence for change activities (customer experience focused initiatives).
  • Collaborates with regional senior management and global central teams on all aspects of the customer experience development projects and initiatives.
  • Performs internal and external analysis / analysis of customer journey and touch points and develops future scenarios.
  • Executes KPIs and tracking systems digitally to measure progress and communicate in the organization to top management.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s program or MBA in Business Management, Business Strategy,
    ESG/Sustainability Management, Environmental Science or related field
  • Great written and verbal communication skills, fluent English language skills
  • Hands-on attitude, high level of energy and passion
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team player that is also able to work independently.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (incl. PowerPoint, Excel).
