Tasks and responsibilities:
- application, submission, process management and reporting of tenders within Middle East Market by coordinating with all required stakeholders such as business partners, customer service, sales & marketing, business lines, legal and regulatory.
- Ability to build a strong collaboration and alignment with all key stakeholders such as Sales team, Technical Business Managers, fellow team members and project controlling team.
- Handles all price related topics with complete confidentiality internally and externally.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in bid proposal, tender management and operations is an advantage
- Fluent in English. Fluency in Arabic is an additional advantage
- Good Team Player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good time management skills, Ability to work under pressure in a cross functional setting.
