We have a great opportunity for an Intern to join our Food & Beverage team. The successful applicant will have an obsession over customer experience and a passion for organisation and presentation, they will assist in the smooth day-to-day running of the Food & Beverage outlets.

What will you do?
Interact with clients and understand their needs. Guide the guest through the Lobby Lounge menu. Suggest options based on the customers palate and taste. Fulfil guest orders in an effective and organised manner. Work with Lobby Lounge colleagues to keep excellent service standards. Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
