Overview of the Role:

We are looking for Recruitment Project Manager to work with our amazing team to deliver one of the most exciting recruitment projects in KSA. The Recruitment Project Manager will manage the full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to on-boarding. The project objective is to have 900+ blue-collar workforce in place by October 2023.

Key milestones:

  • 400+ to be in place for RED SEA by May/June ‘23
  • 500+ to be in place for EXIT 10 by October ‘23

What You Will Do

Vendor Management/performance management

  • Knowledge of market economics, the ability to pick and choose the right vendors based on project requirements

Stakeholder Management

  • Ability to engage and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders

Onboarding/Joining

  • On-boarding of blue-collar work force to include visa process, induction process and agency briefs

Travel

  • Frequent travel for recruitment drives for target countries

Required skills to be successful:

  • Interviewing personal assessment skills
  • Problem-solving
  • Analytical skills
  • Teamwork

What equips you for the role:

  • Must have recruitment background – bulk/volume hiring
  • Construction industry is a must
  • PMP certification/ ability to build project charter/project plan
  • Market knowledge, ability to understand where the right skill sets are
  • Knowledge of KSA labour market regulations
