How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Sales: Development of a SharePoint based archive that serves as bid/proposal register incl. signature workflow
  • Sales: Maintain and increase data quality in sales (Salesforce) and support users in the region for any queries related to the handling of the tool.
  • Develop training materials for processes/tools for EAD ME team
  • Sales Commercial – Prepare draft of risk and opportunity overview, support in performing contract analysis.
  • Commercial Execution – setup a robust contract and claim management as per regulations and provide transparency on claim and variation order potential.
  • Commercial Execution – Analyse Accounts Receivables, root cause for ageing of receivables and initiate invoicing according to project progress and contractual terms.

What You Bring

  • Undergraduate from Business Administration/ Marketing background.
  • Intern who can commit internship for 3 – 6 months would be preferred.
  • Possesses positive learning attitude.
  • Well verse with Microsoft application eg Microsoft Excel, Words and Power Point.
  • Be proactive, think outside the box, critical thinking, and dynamic performance.
  • Easily adapt to different teams, partners, working in different time zones and workload fluctuations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work under pressure, responsibly and autonomously. Able to adhere to the strict timelines for completion of assigned task
