About the Role:
The HR Planner will plan, manage and control workforce and overheads cost related to the Human Resources function.
Main Responsibilities:
The HR Planner will coordinate Workforce and Budget Planning with Region HR and Country HRBPs.
The incumbent will act as the main point of contact for Central HRBP clarifications related to workforce planning and monthly submissions of HC and budget forecast to Area.
He/she will plan OVH costs related to salary and benefits, training, relocation, HR events etc. in close coordination/communication with stakeholders.
Part of the role is to identify opportunities for savings and potential risk of overspending and to propose means to ensure cost control and effectiveness.
He/she is responsible to prepare analysis of variances (HC and cost), run simulations for internal moves, change in policies and organization changes, identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain cost planning accuracy.
The HR Planner is also accountable to ensure that the headcounts and HR costs of the Region are aligned with approved budget and business objectives.

We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of relevant experience, with a degree in Project Management/Human Resources or related field.
Do you get excited about data? In this role, you must have the ability to gather data, analyze it and present it. In addition, you need to be at an advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint.
This role will require you to have strong communication & presentation skills. Speak & Write English fluently.
As part of a matrix organization, you must have the ability to work effectively & remotely with colleagues in different locations.
